1 Organic Grass-Fed Beef Roast
6-8 Garlic Cloves, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste
Preheat a large Dutch oven on medium heat.
Make slits in the roast and insert slices of garlic, season all sides of the roast with sea salt and pepper.
Place the roast in the preheated Dutch Oven and brown on all sides.
Once the roast is browned, turn the heat to low and add sliced onion on top of the roast*. Cover and cook for 4-6 hours.
Serve with your veggie of choice.
If using a bone-in roast, be sure to reserve your beef bones to make bone broth. Add Apple Cider Vinegar to your liquid when making broth to extract the minerals from the bones.
