4 Chicken Breasts, Cooked & Shredded, or Chopped
½ – 2/3 Cup avocado oil mayo
2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice, Approx ½ a Lemon
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

Raw Pecans, Chopped
Raw Walnuts, Chopped
Raw Almonds, Sliced or Slivered
- In a bowl, mix together chicken, mayo, lemon juice, and seasoning.
- Add mix-ins and mix well.
- Serve. Can be served cold, on a bed of lettuce, or hot. If serving hot, heat at 350 15-18 minutes.
