We all tend to stay very busy these days, whether you have kids to take care of, or you’re meeting deadlines at the office, we all, at times, need a little boost of energy during our day.
The best energy is the kind that we produce naturally when our cells are free of toxins and our body’s natural power-plant can work at its optimum efficiency. How do we do this?
