Grain-Free Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
Blueberry Banana Muffins:
3 cups almond flour
¼ tsp sea salt
1 ½ tsp baking soda
2 T macadamia nut or melted coconut oil (I like to use ¼ cup)
3 large eggs
2 cups (4-5) mashed very ripe bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp stevia (optional)
Chunky Monkey Muffins:
Same as listed above
omit blueberries
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
Instructions:
Add all ingredients, except mix-ins, to a large bowl. Mix well.
Gently fold in your mix-ins. (blueberries, chocolate chips, etc)
Put it in stoneware muffin pans.
Bake 35-40 minutes at 350, and let cool in pan for 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
Remember: Always AVOID non-stick pans and cookware always! They are all very toxic!
