The Silent Killer
Have you noticed how Americans are getting sicker and sicker at younger and younger ages? Conditions that we don’t even think of! When we were kids, nobody got cancer as a child.
America is one of the sickest countries in the world right now. We have more degenerative diseases than any other country. And the last couple of decades, science is showing us that cellular inflammation is the cause.
Think of that. When you have one problem that has multiple results, multiple organ systems are affected by it. That may be the answer to the question that you’ve been asking for years. Why are people sicker and sicker at younger and younger ages?
Now, some of you may be watching this on video, and some of you listening or reading or transcript. I’m going to ask you to use your imagination. I’m going to draw a picture of the cell.
Every cell in your body has two layers of fat on the outside. So in your mind’s eye, you have one large circle and another slightly smaller circle right inside of it. On the outside of every cell, we have receptors. Kind of like the rays of sunshine…. receptors for all of the nutrients.
When we have inflammation at the cellular level that can damage all of our hormones, it can affect every single organ. Think about if this receptor is the receptor for T3, which is your thyroid hormone, T3 is the active hormone. That’s what makes our thyroid work. It gives us energy. It controls the way our body uses proteins for skin, hair, and nails. It controls our mood, our metabolism, and our body’s thermostat. If that receptor is burned out, it’s kind of like when you have a cell phone and you drop the call. The problem is the reception. Inflammation destroys the receptor.
What if your insulin receptor gets burned out when you eat food, glucose goes up and glucose tells insulin to open the door of the cell so that the glucose can get into the cell so that the body can create ATP energy in the mitochondria.
If the insulin receptor is burned out, the body simply can’t get the message. Insulin is not going to work. Changing your diet is NOT going to solve that problem.
What if this is your leptin receptor? Leptin is the hormone that tells your body to burn fat for fuel. If your Leptin receptor is burned out, your body might be screaming, “burn fat for fuel”, but the brain can’t get the message. So do you see how one problem like cellular inflammation can cause problems all over the body?
Inflammation in the joints. Inflammation in the brain. Inflammation in the muscles. Inflammation in the organs. And I hope at this point you’re wondering, OK, so if it’s if cellular inflammation is the problem, then what’s causing all of that inflammation and why is that happening more and more and more frequently now?
There were three causes of cellular inflammation. Number one, sugars and grains turn to sugar in four seconds in your body. Number two, bad fats. Healthy fat is the number one most lacking ingredient in the standard American diet. You can change your diet and get rid of the sugars, grains, and bad fats and make a big difference. However, the third cause of cellular inflammation is toxins.
Think of your body as a bucket and all of the toxic exposures you’ve experienced since before birth are constantly filling that bucket up. Maybe you’ve had some vaccinations that have mercury in them. Maybe you have had a mercury filling. Any filling in your mouth that is silver-colored is more than 50 percent mercury. Maybe you grew up in a house that had the lead in the pipes. There was the lead in the pipes until the late 1980s.
Maybe you grew up at a time when there was the lead in the paint or the gasoline. Or your mother grew up in that time frame and the lead that was in her body went into your body. So even if you’ve never personally experienced lead, you have lead in your body.
And we have studies that prove that. What if you’re using or eating a lot of foods that have artificial flavors? And what if there are chemicals in your house? The cleaning products in your house, like chlorine…these chemicals fill up your toxic bucket.
What if you have to live in the city, like me, and you have air pollution, so you see all of those toxins fill up your bucket and when your bucket gets full and it starts to overflow, that’s when you start to get symptoms.
That’s why different people in the same environment might get different symptoms because they have a weakness in a different area, different hormones, and a different organ that might be breaking down.
Maybe some of them have more emotional stress than others. But even children to people who live in the same environment today had different exposures as children. So they have different toxins filling up their bucket.
So the solution to the problem is not drugs. I believe that nobody got sick because of a lack of drugs in their diet. That’s just my personal philosophy. The solution is twofold.
Number one, get rid of some of those toxins that are in your bucket. That has to be done very safely to be done effectively. Toxins are poison. You can’t just go do a liver cleanse. Some detox protocols can be very dangerous. Detox has to be done safely. And then the second thing is to heal the cell. Eat lots of healthy good fats, and do things that reduce the inflammation at the cellular level. So two solutions to one problem.
Safely detoxify the cell and heal the cell.
So there’s the answer for you to the question that I think you’ve probably been asking, why are people sicker and sicker at younger and younger ages? What is causing the problem? Cellular inflammation.
